Bobby as he was called by all who knew him, graduated from high school in Murfreesboro, AR.
He later became a claims associate for Wal-Mart working in Nashville, Arkansas, and Denton, Texas.
Bobby loved collecting comics and figurines.
He enjoyed drawing and watching the Dallas Cowboys.
Bobby was dedicated to his church family at First Baptist Church of Gun Barrel City.
He was a loving, caring man that will be missed tremendously.
Bobby was preceded in death by his parents, 2 brothers; Vernon C. Welch and Victor C. Welch.
He is survived by sisters; Verna and Vivian Welch, nieces; Alina and Amber Meakin, Holly Hall, Angela Adams, Shania Hamm, Kayla Hamilton, nephews; William Meakin, Tommy Hall Jr., Daniel Welch, numerous great nieces, great nephews, friends and co-workers.
