

Sam Knoll was born on July 30, 1963 in Dallas, TX to parents Samuel A. Knoll and Wanda Lee Savage and entered into eternal rest on November 21, 2015 at the age of 52. Sam was known as “Sambo” by his family and friends. He was a very active person; he loved riding his Yamaha Motorcycle. Sam was a jokester; he loved telling jokes and performing card tricks. He enjoyed being outside; fishing and hunting. Sam loved to cook, collect coins and attend auctions. He was a supervisor for the Ellis County Street Dept. Sam served as a City Council member in Palmer for ten years and was Mayor, pro-temp. He was Baptized 1 ½ months ago. Sam was a loving and caring man who will be missed tremendously by all who knew and loved him.
Sam was preceded in death by brother Ted Knoll.
H is survived by his wife Linda Knoll of Trinidad, daughter Billie Miller and husband Bruce of Red Oak, daughter Margaret Knoll of Tool, dad Samuel Knoll of Trinidad, mother Wanda Hagan and husband Jimmy of Garland, brother Dustin Knoll and wife Michelle of Palmer, sister Modie Mattingly of Garland, grandchildren; Ty, Collin, Charles, Michael and Allison, nieces; Brooke, Christie and Ashley, nephews; Franky, Dustin, Robert and Billy, other loving family members and many more friends.
