Tracy was born on June 4, 1987 in Dallas, Texas to his mother Stacy Starr and entered into eternal rest on October 1, 2017 at the age of 30. Tracy graduated from Open Door Christian Academy and attended Navarro College and Trinity Valley College. He served in the United States Army for 2 years. Tracy had a sick sense of humor; he was a prankster and always brought laughter and smiles to anyone he knew. He was a selfless person and would go out of his way to help anyone in need. Tracy loved listening to music, playing poker, video games, disc golf and anything dealing with electronics. He was Baptist by faith. Tracy brought much joy to those he knew and loved and he will be missed tremendously by all.
Tracy was preceded in death by his “Uncle Buddy”.
He is survived by his brother Tyler Rodriquez of Kemp, mother Stacy Starr of Kemp, aunt and uncle; Annette and Wade Lay of Waxahachie, grandmother and grandfather; Kathleen Starr and Jimmy of Kemp, other loving family members and many more friends.
