Anne Mulanix-Tobalsky, 80, passed away peacefully on Friday, January 4, 2019 in Weston, WI, with her loving husband by her side. Anne was born in Rockford, IL, on April 28, 1938, the daughter of Fred and Lillian Villemure. Anne lived and went to school in Wisconsin and New York due to her father’s work travels. She returned to Rockford in her senior year and graduated from West High School. Anne was a hard worker and held various jobs but always managed to have the summers off so she could be home with her children. She was an excellent seamstress and an avid Cubs fan.
Predeceased by husband, Joe Mulanix, of 46 years, her parents, and brother, Mark Villemure. After her husband’s death, Anne reconnected with her high school sweetheart, Ron Tobalsky. They married, traveled and enjoyed 14 years together.
Anne is survived by her husband, Ron; her children, JoAnn (David) White, Patricia Mulanix, and Michael (Pauline) Mulanix; grandchildren, Sarah White, Michael (MJ) Mulanix, and Chelsea (Will) Edwards; brothers, Art (Vie) Villemure and Fred (Mary) Villemure; step-children, Chris (Shawn) Smith, and their children, Shawn Jr., Kathleen, Anna, and Melissa and Michael (Bobbi Jo) Tobalsky and their children, Zoey, Gavin, Abbi, and Clara.
