Beulah F. Verkuilen

Beulah Faye Verkuilen, 77, of Rockford IL, passed away on September 13, 2022. She was born on December 29, 1944 in Jefferson City, MO to Edward and Lovie (Muse) Watson. Beulah worked for Anderson Packaging for 35 years. She loved reading, gambling at the casino’s, Elvis, and anything country. Beulah enjoyed listening to country artist perform at the Grand Ole Opry. She was loving, caring, and always a happy person. Family was everything to Beulah and she will be greatly missed by all that knew and loved her.

Beulah is survived by her children, Bobby Verkuilen and Lisa Verkuilen; her grandchildren, Amanda (Chris) Bright and Lauren Verkuilen; her great grandchildren, Conner Verkuilen, Sophia Bright, and Jaxx Bahler Jr.; her sister, Geraldine Waters; and numerous nieces and nephews. She was preceded in death by her parents; her siblings, Larry Watson, James Watson, and Beatrice Walker.

Graveside service will take place for Beulah at 2:00 p.m. on Tuesday, September 20, 2022 in Sunset Memorial Gardens, 8800 N. Alpine Rd., Machesney Park, IL 61115. In lieu of flowers, memorials can be made to the family.
