Carl A Seymour, 83, of Rockford, IL, passed away on September 20, 2024. He was born on June 22, 1941, the son of Jay and Leona Seymour. Special thank you to the Winnebago County Coroner’s office for having a program in place that allowed Carl to be laid to rest in his final resting spot. Survivors Nephew Keith McConnell. Preceded in death by his parents; Siblings; Al, Sandra, Michael, Nancy, James and Judy. Nephews Brian Jr. and Glendon McConnell. Funeral services will at Sunset Funeral Home, 8800 N. Alpine Road, Machesney Park.
