Cindy was born April 29, 1950, in Sikeston, Missouri to Louise and William Shoulders. She was one of eight sisters and two brothers. She died, Tuesday, March 10, 2020, in Rockford, IL after a brief battle with cancer.
She was a strong, courageous, passionate daughter, sister, mother, grandmother, aunt, and friend. She will be greatly missed. She is survived by her children Bob (Tina), Shawn (Gayle), and Dan, son-in-law; her grandchildren Jordan, Amber, Nic, and Molly; many of her siblings; special niece Amanda and numerous additional nieces and nephews.
She was predeceased by her parents and her beautiful daughter, Shannon.
Due to the coronavirus, services have been postponed to a later date.
