Aaron Jack Gray, 79, of Rockford, departed this life on Tuesday, October 19, 2010 in Rockford Memorial Hospital. Born May 4, 1931 in South Pittsburgh, TN the son of Joseph and Letha (Colvin) Gray. Retired from Atwoods. Leaving behind his wife of 62 years, Wilma Gray; sons, Thomas Danny Gray, Jackie L. & (Dena) Gray and James Gray; daughters, Fonda Hartung and Donna Gray; 11 grandchildren ; 10 great-grandchildren; brother, Woody Gray of Rockford; 2 sisters, Margie Stone and Betty Gill of TN; many nieces, nephews and close friends . Predeceased by his parents; brothers, Tom and Fred Gray of Rockford and 2 brothers and 5 sisters of TN. Funeral Services at 2 pm on Saturday, October 23, 2010 in Sunset Funeral Home, 8800 N. Alpine Rd. with Rev Truman Turner and Rev Jim Moore officiating. Burial in Sunset Memorial Gardens. Visitation 6-8 pm on Friday, October 22, 2010 in the funeral home.
