Jesse W. Cunningham, 75, of Rockford passed away November 25, 2010 at St Anthony Medical Center. Born September 20, 1935, in Parma, MO, the son of Walter and Addie (Hull) Cunningham. Jesse served as a sergeant in the National Guard. He enjoyed camping, fishing and was an avid Cub’s fan. Survived by wife, Sally Cunningham; daughters, Belinda (Dan) Burke, Danette (Mike) Meyers and Dena Manning; grandchildren, Donald and William Burke, Chase and Devin Manning, Melanie and Nicole Meyers and Ryan Cunningham; sisters, Sarah Torres, Patsy Mitchell, Ruth Pabst, and Evelyn Murray; and many nieces and nephews. Predeceased by his parents; son, Brian Cunningham. Visitation will be held in Sunset Funeral Home, 8800 N. Alpine Rd. Machesney Park, IL on Monday, November 29, 2010, from 1:00-2:00 p.m. followed by a celebration of life service at 2 p.m. and Entombment in Sunset Memorial Gardens.
