Pamela was born on June 10, 1949 in Rockford, the daughter of Donald Wayne and DeLoris Mary (Nystrom) Sweeney. Pamela was a twin sister to Penelope and the second set of twins born to Donald and DeLoris. Pamela loved music, dancing and playing bingo, where she seemed to always win. Pamela especially enjoyed being around and with all of her family.
Pamela is survived by sister Barbara Oakley (Loren), brother David Cross (Judy), sister Kathleen Sweeney, twins Darrell Sweeney (Betty) and Carol Guthrie (William), twin sister Penelope Sweeney and brother William Sweeney (Nancy); daughter Lisa and son Chris; four grandchildren and several nieces and nephews.
Pamela was preceded in death by her parents Donald and DeLoris, brother Edward Lowell Sweeney.
Per the family wishes, cremation rites have been accorded.
