Robert M. Zbynski, 63, of Rockford passed away Tuesday August 10, 2021 with family at his side. Robert was born in Waukegan, IL on December 27, 1957, the son of George John and Dorothy Virginia (Hironimus) Zbynski. Robert married Karen J. Cunningham on June 2, 1979. He is survived by his wife Karen; daughter Tristin (Jacob) Sayre; sons Eric R. Zbynski and Adam M. Zbynski; grandchildren: Landon, Livia, Lewis and TBA baby boy in late October.

Robert was preceded in death by his parents.

Visitation for Robert will be Thursday August 19, 2021 from 12:00 PM until 1:00 PM at Sunset Funeral Home 8800 N. Alpine Road in Machesney Park; service to celebrate Robert’s life will be at 1:00 PM on Thursday at the funeral home. Inurnment will follow at Sunset Memorial Gardens.
