Tiffany “Tiff” Rose Livingston, 45, of Stillman Valley, passed away peacefully surrounded by her family on Friday, January 2, 2026, at home. Tiffany, the diva herself, was born in Rockford to Vincent and Alice Livingston on August 2, 1980. She graduated from Page Park School and continued at the Barbara Olson Center of Hope. It was there she made an impressive number of friends and quickly became everyone’s favorite! Aside from her tasks there, she also worked at Ryan’s Steakhouse, and Kohl’s in her earlier years. In more recent years, Tiff became quite the “fashionista”, always wearing a pair of earrings and a necklace, matched with a nice coat or hoodie. Like clockwork, she went and had her nails done at Lavish for a nice refresh. A perfect day for Tiff would include starting the day with black coffee, turning on the Turner Classic Movie Channel, having steak and fries or fried catfish for dinner, of course with a pop – but only RC or Coke. It would also include spending time with her best-friend Vickie Dyal, and best fur-friends, Micah, Mack, and Sosa.
It may come to no surprise that Tiffany loved “Badonna” (also known as Madonna to some), but she also loved all music in general. Some of her favorite times would be when her dad would let her sit in the car, crank the radio up all the way, and of course have the heat blasting on her to stay warm! She loved to sit in the sun whenever it was nice out. Tiff enjoyed traveling, the highlight was always when the plane miraculously landed, and celebrated with claps and loudly cheering, “I knew he [the pilot] could do it!!!”. She was also known for loving the occasional trip to the casino.
Tiffany is survived by her sister, Tina (Jim) Walker; nephews, Nicholas (Alyce) Walker and Nolan (Anna) Walker; great nieces and nephews, Mya Walker, Maleah Warren, Brooklyn Walker, Ella Walker, Aaliyah Walker, Keiko Zeman, Avery Walker, Zeke Zeman, Mackenzie Walker, Nora Walker, Niko Walker, and Parker Walker.'
She was preceded in death by her parents, Vincent and Alice; numerous aunts and uncles; maternal and paternal grandparents.
In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made to Northern Illinois Hospice, Barbara Olson Center of Hope, or The Arc of Winnebago, Boone and Ogle Counties.
