Allen Andy Causey

GRAY – Allen A. “Andy” Causey, 61, passed away on Wednesday, April 14, 2010 at his residence. Funeral services will be held at 1 p.m. Saturday at Snow’s Memorial Chapel, Pio Nono Avenue with burial in Macon Memorial Park Cemetery. Pastor Sam Loyd will officiate. The family will meet friends from 7 – 9 p.m. Friday at the funeral home and suggests that those who wish make memorial contributions to Hospice of Central Georgia, P. O. Box 6533, Macon, GA 31208.

Mr. Causey, son of the late Allen Ezel Causey and Christine Helen Howell Causey, was born in Macon and lived in this area all his life. He was a supervisor with Rock-Tenn Corp. and was of the Baptist Faith attending Baptist churches in the area. Mr. Causey was a member of the Middle Georgia MOPAR Club and was an avid car and gun enthusiast. He was a loyal and devoted fan of the Georgia Bulldogs…..Go Dawgs!

Survivors include his wife, Glenda Bridgers Causey of Gray; his son, Billy Causey of Gray; his daughter, Shelley (Shane) Moody of Gray; four much adored grandchildren, Brittani Roland, Dylan Joiner, Lindsey Grace Joiner and Kaitlyn Causey, all of Gray; a special cousin, Vickie Pettigrew of Milledgeville and a number of nieces and nephews.

Snow’s Memorial Chapel Funeral and Cremation Service, Pio Nono Avenue has charge of arrangements.
