Charles Emmett Smith III

Macon – Charles Emmett “Chuck” Smith, III passed away September 15, 2011. Funeral services will be held 3:00 pm Tuesday in the chapel of Macon Memorial Park Funeral Home. Interment will follow in Macon Memorial Park Cemetery. The family will receive friends from 6-8 pm Monday at Snow’s Memorial Chapel Pio Nono Ave.

Chuck was born in Macon, GA on October 21, 1975 and was an employee of Danella and the Waffle House. He was a member of Houston Heights Baptist Church where he was a member of the Young Married Sunday School Class.

Chuck will be missed by his wife Kaity Smith of Macon; mother, Cathy Bowen (Teddy) of Danville; father, Chuck Smith, Jr. (Shirley) of Macon; grandmother, Betty Smith of Lizella; sister, Wendy Peugh (Steven) of Macon; stepbrother and stepsisters, Morgan Bowen, Lindsey Bowen and Jeremy Miller (Beth); Nephews, Elijah and Jonathan; niece, Gracie.
