Huong Van Hoang, age 93, of Forsyth, Georgia passed away on Wednesday, January 17, 2024. A Funeral Mass will be celebrated at 11:00 AM Friday, February 2, 2024 at St. Joseph Catholic Church, 830 Poplar Street, Macon, GA 31201 with Father John Reynolds Ha Tran officiating. Visitation will be held on Thursday, February 1, 2024 from 10:00 AM until 7:00 PM at Snow's Memorial Chapel, Bass Road, 1419 Bass Road, Macon, GA 31210.
Mr. Hoang was born in Thai Binh, North Vietnam the son of the late Phuong Thi Do and Khuong Van Hoang. He was a retired teacher/professor in Vietnam and was of the Catholic faith.
Mr. Hoang is survived by his wife, Van Thi Hong Nguyen; children, Dat Hoang (Nhan Thi Ho and family), Hau Hoang (Ha Huynh and family), Thanh Hoang (Xin Tran and family), Tuan Hoang (Huong Phan and family), Loan Hoang Nguyen (Thanh Nguyen and family).
Snow's Memorial Chapel, Bass Road, has charge of arrangements.
