Jeffrey Taylor Stephens MACON – Jeffrey Taylor Stephens, 30, passed away Thursday, January 21, 2010. Memorial services will be held at 3:00 PM Sunday at Forest Hills United Methodist Church. Burial will be private. Rev. Jimmy Towson will officiate. The family will greet friends from 5 until 7 PM Saturday at Snow’s Memorial Chapel, Cherry Street and asks that in lieu of flowers donations be made to the Multiple Sclerosis Society, Forest Hills United Methodist Church, Columbia College or the American Cancer Society. Jeffrey was born in Florence, South Carolina and attended Bibb County Public Schools. He is survived by his father, David Taylor (Mary) Stephens of Murrell’s Inlet, SC; mother, Susan Bowers (Steve) Goins of Macon; daughter, Hailey Stephens of Macon; sisters, Whitney Stephens of Macon and Sterling Blankenship of Macon; step-brother, Ben Goins of Birmingham, AL; step-sister, Kelly Morrison of New York; paternal grandparents, George and Doris Privette of Hartsville, SC; maternal grandparents, Bill and Patsy Bowers of Macon; step-grandmother, Reba Goins of Macon.
