

Kyle was born in Savannah and was a graduate of Rutland High School. He attended Central Georgia Technical and Valdosta State College. He was a Master Electrician with Speir Electric in Macon. Kyle was a bright young man with a wonderful future ahead of him. He had proposed to his longtime girlfriend, Chelsea, one week before he passed away. Kyle and Chelsea were so excited planning the beginning of their new life together with a wedding planned for the end of the summer.
Survivors include Kyles’ fiance, Chelsea Speir and her daughter Rayleigh, her parents, Harold and Mona Speir, her sisters, Caitlin and Mallory Speir; grandfather, Franklin Paul, aunts, Brenda (Sonny) Ard, Carol Kennedy Williams, uncle, Randy (Connie) Paul, cousins, Sarah Williams, Spencer Williams, Chris Paul and his daughter, Kayli Paul.
Services will be held Thursday, May 15 at 11 a.m. at Snow’s Memorial Chapel, Cherry Street. The family will greet friends one hour prior to the service. Burial will be in Ocilla, Georgia. In lieu of flowers, the family requests that donations be made to Greenwood Baptist Church, Peru Mission Trip, 3400 Gray Highway, Gray, 31032.
