Joseph Gregory Smith

January 14, 1963 - July 11, 2015

Greg was born and raised in Macon, Georgia. He most recently lived in Perry, Georgia with his loving family. He was retired from the Department of Corrections. He enjoyed playing football from an early age through his high school years at South West High School. He was an avid outdoorsman, spending many years hunting, fishing, and gardening.

He is survived by his wife, Terri, daughters, Cassidy (son in law, Tyler, granddaughter, Sarah Hope) and Savannah, nephews, Beau and Bryce, and sisters, Pam and Patty.

He was predeceased by his parents, Bill and Midge and his sister, Lisa Bell and brother, Mike Higginbotham.
