Charlie,
As we talked about while you were jogging Monday, Peggy and I were saddened to hear of Kerry’s death. She was certainly a gracious lady and wonderful wife and mother. Our relationship goes back a long time starting with Home Federal S&L , to you all living across the street from my brother Miller and his family, to you all sharing a table with us at the Shield Club dinner. You both share a special place in our hearts. I will never forget the sweet note from you after my daughters tragic death in an auto accident. I know you will miss Kerry sorely. Our prayers will be with you and the family in the coming days. May she RIP.
God Bless,
John E.

Charlie & family, I am so terribly sorry for your loss. What a first class lady and a treasure to you all. I saw this lovely lady a few times at different GABB functions, but there was that one time at your home in Macon when ya'll graciously hosted GABB members to a golf day and to some of her award winning BBQ, she was so gracious. I remember her as such a friendly and kind person and always had a beautiful smile. May God give you that peace that passes all understanding as you can rejoice in the truth that she is now enjoying her reward in heaven with her Lord & Savior, Jesus Christ. God bless you all as you cherish the many years of memories forever!

Kerry was beautiful inside and out. I loved and enjoyed my time working for her at the White Diamond when she needed me. I loved how kind and gentle she was. I miss her smile and coming to the hardware store and just telling us she was just passing thru to say hi. We have lost a wonderful wonderful woman, but GOD has another earthly angel.
To the family, Kerry was always so excited when she talked about your Sunday dinners and how she gets to see and spend time with everyone. She spoke lovingly about all of you. I am so sorry for your loss, find comfort in knowing that you are all in my prayers.
