

Rollin Persons Middlebrooks III, 63, passed away on Friday, April 21, 2017 surrounded by his loving family. Funeral services will be held on Tuesday, April 25, 2017 at 2:00 p.m. in Snow’s Memorial Chapel, 746 Cherry St., Macon, GA 31201. Entombment will be in Macon Memorial Park Mausoleum. Brother Clint Darsey will officiate. The family may be contacted at the residence of Mr. Rollin P. Middlebrooks, 4633 Glenwood Drive, Macon 31210. Flowers are accepted or donations may be made to National Multiple Sclerosis Society, 1800 Main St. NW, Suite B50, Washington DC 20036.
Mr. Middlebrooks a native of Macon, Georgia was preceded in death by his mother, Anne Bailey Middlebrooks and his wife, Deborah Ann Timmis Middlebrooks. He was a graduate of University of Georgia, where he was a member of Theta Chi Fraternity, earning his Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration. He was also a graduate of Webster University where he earned his Master’s Degree in Accounting. He was a retired business executive and an officer of the United States Army. He served three years in the United States Army achieving the rank of First Lieutenant and continued his service in the Army National Guard and retired having received the rank of Captain. He received a specialized Certification in Recondo Training at Fort Bragg, North Carolina. He was a Master Mason. He was a devoted and loving son, father, grandfather, brother and uncle. He will be dearly missed by all those who loved him. Mr. Middlebrooks was a member of the Church of Jesus Christ of Latter Day Saints.
He is survived by his daughters; Valerie Middlebrooks Dillon (Kelly), Leslie Middlebrooks Lipsey (Derek) son; Rollin P. Middlebrooks IV, father; Rollin P. Middlebrooks, Jr. of Macon, sister; Angela Middlebrooks Harrelson (Sidney) of Johns Creek, GA, several grandchildren, and numerous nieces, nephews and cousins.
