Doris Lauraine LeBlanc

Doris Lauraine LeBlanc, age 93, of Middletown, Connecticut passed away on Thursday, August 26th, 2021 at Middlesex Hospital. She was the beloved wife of A. Robert LeBlanc. Doris was born in Gardner, MA on January 18th, 1928 and was the daughter of the late Maglorre and Eliza Girouard. Doris was a devoted wife, mother, grandmother and great-grandmother who loved them all equally and unconditionally. In addition to raising her 10 children she was the proprietor of the Good Spirits Shoppe in Westbrook, CT. A light hearted person with a great sense of humor with a wonderful laugh. She was active in the Chamber of Commerce of Westbrook and the St. Lawrence Church in Killingworth, CT. Her most cherished moments was spending time with all of her family. Doris is survived by her beloved children, Pamela (Richard) Solnik, Charles (RoxAnn) LeBlanc, Andrea (Roland) Blakeslee, Janet Aldridge, Robert (Martha) LeBlanc, Cindy Cote, Brian (Cindy) LeBlanc, Peter (Lisa) LeBlanc and Paul (Sylvia) LeBlanc; as well as 19 grandchildren and 16 great-grandchildren. In addition to her parents she was predeceased by her husband A. Robert Leblanc (1985), her son Mark LeBlanc and her son-in-law Larry Aldridge. The LeBlanc family would like to express their deep gratitude to all the staff at the Village at South Farms for their wonderful care and compassion. Doris's family will receive relatives and friends in the St. Lawrence Church, 7 Hemlock Dr., Killingworth on Thursday September 2nd, 2021 at 10:00 am. Family and friends are invited to celebrate a Funeral mass in honor of Doris LeBlanc. Burial will be private. In lieu of flowers, memorial donations in Doris's name may be made to St. Lawrence Church in Killingworth, CT. Mask's are required and social distancing shall be practiced during visitation and the Funeral Mass. Thank you in advance for your anticipated cooperation.
