Melissa Dunn, age 56 of New Haven, CT, formerly Of Madison, CT passed away on February 27, 2013. Melissa was born in Boothbay Harbor, Maine on November 13, 1956 to Judith Koch and the late Lee Herbert Brown. In addition to her loving mother, Judith, Melissa is survived by her loving stepfather George C. Koch, her brother Jonathan Brown, her sister Ellen Aub and husband Ted, her neices and nephew, Samatha and Joshua Romano and Thea and Anita Aub, and her uncle Donald Marston of Augusta, Maine.
Melissa loved her family, her cat and she loved to read. Melissa was a very loving and generous person and she will be sadly missed. In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to Dan Cosgrove Animal Shelter, 749 East Main St. Branford, Ct. 06405.
A private graveside service will be held for Melissa in the spring.
