

Robert Mancini, 67 of Madison, died February 17th at home surrounded by his family after a brave battle with cancer. He was born March 10, 1942 to Frank and Jean (Puccia) Mancini. He grew up in Milton, MA, graduated from Milton High School and earned his BS from Suffolk University. He started his career as a chemist for Carters Ink. Bob joined Beckman Instruments as a sales representative selling research equipment to research universities and pharmaceutical companies. He enjoyed a very successful 20 year career until he retired in 1993. Bob was a loving and supportive husband, father, grandfather and was committed to his family. He was known for a sharp sense of humor and deep love for his family. He is survived by his loving wife Maureen (Cadigan) Mancini, his son Robert Mancini and his wife Elizabeth of Clinton, his son Michael Mancini and his wife Jody of Stratham, NH as well as seven grandchildren, Anthony, Robert, Vincent, Nick, Alyssa, Jenny and Mikayla . Bob is also survived by his mother, Jean Mancini and sister, Paulette Federico of Killingworth. Swan Funeral Home in Madison will be handling the arrangements. Family and friends are invited to attend a Memorial Mass on Saturday, March 13th 2010 in St. Margaret Catholic Church, Academy St. Madison at 11:00 AM.
