Ernest A. Coddington, age 76, of Madison Heights, passed away Tuesday, July 31, 2018. Beloved husband of Carol Coddington; dear father to David Coddington; loving granddad to Ecila and Harbin; and cherished brother to Melvin (Sharon) Coddington, Don (Shelly) Coddington, Louis (Sue) Coddington, Rodger (Amy) Coddington, Bill (Lisa) Coddington, Mike Coddington, and Geri Simms. Visitation will be held from 3:00 p.m. until 8:00 p.m. Friday, August 3, 2018 at Edward Swanson and Son Funeral Home, 30351 Dequindre Rd., Madison Heights, MI. A funeral service will take place at 11:00 a.m. Saturday, August 4, 2018 at the funeral home. Interment to follow at Acacia Park Cemetery in Beverly Hills, MI.
