Hazel K. Woodward age 87, a resident of Warren, Michigan, passed away on Friday, November 8, 2013 at William Beaumont Hospital, Royal Oak, Michigan. Hazel was born January 20, 1926 in Grand Rapids, Minnesota. Beloved wife of the late Ian H. (2000), dear mother of Carol Coleman and the late Janet Lynn Woodward. Loving grandmother of Janet (James) Isaacson and Carrie (Christopher) Green. Dear great-grandmother of Ian, Ethan and Brynn.
