Jim T. Wren, age 85 of Madison Heights, Michigan died April 12, 2011 at Shelby Nursing Center, Shelby Township, Michigan. Jim was born October 5, 1925 in Kettle Island, Kentucky. Jim has been a resident of Madison Heights for 65 years. Predeceased by his wife Jennie (May 15, 2006). Jim is survived by his children, Glenda Sue Carlson of Clinton Township, Michigan, Elaine Krause of Dunedin, Florida, June (Dwight) Tramell of Madison Heights, Michigan, Rhonda Wren of Royal Oak, Michigan and James (Sherry) Wren of Sterling Heights, Michigan. Jim is also survived by 8 grandchildren and 9 great grandchildren. Visitation Thursday April 14, 2011 from 3 - 8 p.m. with funeral services Friday April 15, 2011, 11:00 a.m. at Edward Swanson &Son Funeral Home 30351 Dequindre Madison Heights, Michigan. Interment White Chapel Cemetery, Troy, Michigan.
