Marie Therese Butcher age 79 a 43 year resident of Madison Heights, died at home on Monday December 27, 2010. Marie was born January 9, 1931 in France, she was predeceased by here husband the late Herbert (1989). Marie is survived by her sons, Patrick (Justine Wu) Butcher of Van Nuys, California and Anthony (Christine) Butcher of Troy, Michigan. Marie is also survived by her grandchildren, Alissa, Nathan and Peyton, and her brother Antoine (Francine) Pidkowicz of France, Jeanine Ducoudre of France and Antoinette Sas-Pidkowicz of France, Mare was also predeceased by her sister the late Lucie Becker. Visitation Thursday December 30, 2010 from 2:30 p.m. until 8:00 p.m,. with a rosary Thursday 7:00 p.m. at Edward Swanson & Son Funeral Home 30351 Dequindre Madison Heights, Michigan. Additional visitation Friday January 31, 2010 from 8:30 a.m. until time of mass 9:00 a.m at St. Vincent Ferrer Church Madison Heights, Michigan. Burial White Chapel Cemetery, Troy, Michigan. Marie retired from St. John Oakland Hospital, Madison Heights, Mi. as a cook after 27 years.
