Rebecca Locklear, 69, passed away May 10, 2016. She is survived by her loving husband Allen Locklear, Jr. Dear mother to the late Cochise Lowery, Barbara A. Lowery, Charles (Michele) Locklear, and Susan (Robert) Marsh; caring grandmother to, Andrea, Phillip, James, Rebecca, Kirk, Christina, Cassidy, Casey, Samantha, and Chyanne; great-grandmother to Ryan, Braden, Kaylee, Phillip, Jr., Isaiah, Maya, Isaac; and sister to, Cynder, Thelma Lois, Mary, Martha, Mary Sue, Terry, Jackie Dean, Rosie, the late Al Glen, and the late Steven.
