I am so very sorry to hear about Richard, my sincere condolences to you and your children.

"Rich from Vics" is how I know Rich, that's how he appears on my phone, and on my email. Of course,  it could be (when introducing himself) "Hi I'm Rich... in name only!" 
Our gang at Vic Tanny's, Ballys and L A Fitness know our guy as Rich. Always friendly, respectful, and interested in your conversation, Rich was the man.
We shared (probably) way too many stories, shorts (I forgot mine one day,) rides, and good Polish stories.
I didn't get to the house to see Rich at the end, but relied on phone calls and emails.
I do know Connie took care of our Rich to the end.  Although he thought she walked on water, 
even his private nurse couldn't pull off one more miracle.  God calls, you go! 
The guys: Pele, Joe, Ray, Bob, Tom, Nelson, (Mrs. Pele) Anna and more also miss Rich from Vics.
Because we know God drinks wine, guess why he called Rich up? It was time to share a glass, of course.
Here's to you Rich. Thanks for knowing us.

I played on the tennis team with Rich at Chadsey H.S.  He was a wonderful guy and had a great sense of humor.  The notice in the paper said it well: "His wit, kind heart and generosity will be missed by many."  Liz and I send our heart-felt condolences to Connie; Richard was very fortunate to have you in his life.

My deepest condolences Connie. 
It was always my Mom ( Mary ), Aunt Lil, Aunt Polly, Uncle Joe, Uncle Val, Uncle Frank, Aunt Jennie, and Uncle Rich. To me as long as I can remember I  always called him Rich.  He had one of the greatest sense of humor I know. I still use some of his famous lines because they are classic. He thought me how to play tennis and while we attended college he stayed at our farm for a short time. I wish we could have spent  more time together in our later years.

Please accept our sympathy and prayers on your loss of Richard.  Rich and I grew up together in the same neighborhood, which brings back many memories, especially working on cars in his garage.  We all lost a good person!

God knows I loved this guy! He was truly witty, kind and generous. He would come out of the blue, even long after I retired to send a condolence or just a warm wish, never allowing a return sentiment due to his jealously guarded home address or phone number; even his birthday was (and still it) kept secret. Dick was a consummate washer sales engineer, and I believe he also sold automation. I first met him when he worked at Ransohoff (Rinse'm Off). He was honest and forthright, just a good Catholic boy to his end. When launch didn't go according to plan, Dick was there to offer anything he could to help. The Angels are happy to see him!

Richard was a kind and fun high school friend.  I have many great school memories.  My sympathy and prayers are with Connie and family.  Love and Prayers,
