William Robert Saunders, age 66, passed away on October 26, 2021. He is survived by his son Christopher Saunders; siblings, Robert Saunders, Barbara Byers and a Great Aunt Ella Phou. He was preceded in death by his wife of 30 years, Pauline Saunders and parents Robert and Elizabeth Saunders.
Bill was an amazing father, brother, uncle, and great uncle. He did everything possible that he could for the benefit of his family. Bill was creative and an intuitive man and an Automotive Design Engineer for more than 30 years. Bill and his son, Christopher enjoyed modifying cars together and belonged to several Automotive Clubs. They also enjoyed many road trips together.
The family will greet friends for a memorial service on Friday, November 19, 2021 at 5:00 pm at St. John Lutheran Church, 1011 W. University Drive, Rochester, MI 48307.
