Born September 8, 1965 in Charlottesville, VA, , she was the daughter of the late Marshall Elwood Staton and the late Edith Wood Staton Painter and was also preceded in death by her son, Anthony R. “A.J.” Johns and a brother, Marshall E. Staton, Jr. Angela was former employee of Walmart at both, the Madison Heights and Wards Road, Lynchburg locations.
In addition to her husband, Angela is survived by her daughter, Melinda G. Sears; three sisters, Rebecca Adcock, Dianne Hitt and husband Barry, and Melba Fields; a brother, Glen Staton, and three grandchildren, Kelly Price, Jacob Sears, and Hailey Sears.
