Earl Douglas Webster

Earl Douglas Webster, 86, was born November 13, 1934, in Bedford, VA and passed peacefully at his residence, February 18, 2021. His parents were the late Craig Webster and the late Alene Cyrus.
Earl is survived by his wife of 64 years, Marjorie Carson Webster. He is also survived by his children, Sandra Vest (Wayne Garrett) and Glenn Webster (Tammy). His grandchildren, Heather Kiser (Nick), Hunter Vest (Andrea), Andrew Webster, Forrest Vest (Rachel) and Christopher Webster (Emily). His great grandchildren, Marleen Kiser, Carson Vest, Zane Kiser, and Trafton Vest.
He is also survived by his sister, Blanche Gibson (Burlie), his uncle, Bowman Webster (Billie); his beloved fur baby, Jack and numerous nephews, nieces, and in-laws. He was predeceased by his siblings, James Webster (Margaret), Gene Webster (Nancy), Hugh Webster (Nancy), Paul Webster (Frances), and Ruby Henderson (Roger).
Earl was a member of Amelon United Methodist Church.
Earl was retired from the Lynchburg Foundry (Lower Basin), Royster-Clark Fertilizer Plant and as a bus driver for the Central VA Training Center.
A funeral service will be held at 11 am on Tuesday, February 23, 2021 at Whitten Monelison Chapel with Rev. Mark Tinsley and Pastor Dwayne Carson officiating. Interment will follow at Briarwood Memorial Gardens. The family will receive friends one hour prior to the service starting at 10 am.
In lieu of flowers, the family suggests memorial contributions be made to Amelon United Methodist Church.
