Florence Elizabeth Gunter Jordan lived a wonderful life; she was the Best Wife, Mom, Granny, Granny’ as well as a Friend to many Special people in her life. She left us peacefully Sunday, September 30, 2012 and joined her Husband, Doug and the rest of her Heavenly Family.
Her Legacy will continue through her children, Donald (Shirley), Judy (Robert) and David. Her Grandchildren were her Pride and Joy- Kim, Donnie, and Beth; her Great-Grandchildren were just that in her eyes, Great, they were her Babies- Logan, Madison, Tyler, and Evan.
A funeral service will be conducted at 1:00 p.m., Wednesday, October 3, 2012 at Whitten Monelison Chapel with the Rev. Dr. Derik Hamby officiating. Interment will follow at Meade Cemetery in Madison Heights.
The family will receive friends at the funeral home for one hour prior to the service, beginning at noon and other times at the home of her daughter, Judy.
