Jimmy retired from Griffin Pipe Products and was co-owner of a logging business and cattle farm with his beloved brother Douglas C. Eubank. He also served in the Army National Guard.
Jimmy will be sorely missed by his family and neighbors. He was always ready with a smile and a helping hand. Jimmy was also a horseman and enjoyed participating in jousting competitions throughout Va., West Va., Md. and Washington DC.
Jimmy loved his family. He loved seeing them and took particular pride and joy in his grandchildren. He is survived by his son Mark W. Eubank (Rebecca) of Pleasant View, daughter Kathryn E. Ferrell (Mark) of Lynchburg, grandchildren Ashley Carrington (Mike) of Pleasant View, Samantha Mendoza (Diego) of San Diego, Landon Ferrell (Anna) of South Carolina, Tristan Ferrell and Sarah Ferrell of Lynchburg, one great granddaughter Raelynn Carrington and his beloved brother Doug Eubank (Joyce), one nephew Douglas C. Eubank, Jr. (Tammy) and his dear cousin Dr. Richard Jeter of South Carolina.
The family will receive friends on Friday July 29, 2022 at 10:00 am and a celebration of Jimmy’s life will be held at 11:00 am at Whitten Monelison Chapel. Interment will follow at Allwood Cemetery in Allwood.
