Joyce Henderson Moore, age 87 of Madison Heights, wife of Curtis H. Moore, passed away on Thursday, February 27, 2020.

She was born in Lynchburg on July 24, 1932, daughter of the late Elwood T. Henderson and the late Gladys C. Henderson.

She was preceded in death by a sister, Lois Henderson.

In addition to her husband Curtis to whom she had been married for 68 years, she is survived by 2 children, Daniel C. Moore and wife Pamela and Margaret C. Moore; a sister, Vivian Williams; 3 grandchildren and 4 great grandchildren.

A graveside service will be held at 1:00 pm on Tuesday, March 3, 2020 at Spring Hill Cemetery with Pastor Jeff Chapman officiating.
