Mary Elizabeth Cunningham Clark Elder, 82, of Bedford, died, Tuesday, October 19, 2010, at Bedford Memorial Hospital. She was the wife of the late Richard Wells Clark and James C. Elder. She was born December 4, 1927 in Gladys.
Mrs. Elder was a retired seamstress for Dale Garment and a member of Jordan Baptist Church.
Mrs. Elder is survived by one daughter, Priscilla Brooks of Lynchburg; two sons, Mike Clark and his wife Linda of Madison Heights and Roger Clark and his wife Pat of Lynchburg; one sister, Lucy Mae Sterne of Lynchburg; one brother, Gordon Cunningham of Madison Heights; six grandchildren and thirteen great-grandchildren.
