

Born in Bedford County, January 7, 1929, she was a daughter of the late Willie H. Parker and Violet Wright Parker. Nannie Lou was a member of Northside Baptist Church where she sang in the church choir. She was a past Noble Grand with the Madison Heights Rebekah Lodge #22 and was also a member of several senior groups.
She was preceded in death by her husband of 67 years, David Edward Reynolds; two sons, Robert H. Reynolds and Ronald (Peter Wright) Reynolds; one sister, Lucille Parker and one brother William H. Parker.
Survivors include one son, Larry L. Reynolds and his wife Kathy of Amherst; one daughter, Edna Allen and her husband Frank of Madison Heights; one daughter-in-law, Diane Reynolds of Madison Heights; one brother, J. Leroy Parker; six grandchildren, Larry Reynolds, Jr. and girlfriend Lori, Ronnie Reynolds and wife Cynthia, David Kidd and wife Laurie, Mike Reynolds and wife Holly, Stephen “T.J.” Kidd and wife Jessie, and Christy Meadows and husband Brian; eleven great grandchildren, Tucker Reynolds, Sydney Reynolds, Michael Thomas Reynolds, Baylee Reynolds, MacKenzie Reynolds, Owen Kidd, Ashton Kidd, Nathan Kidd, Autumn Meadows, Leah Kidd and Teresa Terzakos.
A funeral service will be conducted at 1:00 p.m. Friday, August 15, 2014 at Whitten Monelison Chapel with Pastor Jacob Uthup officiating. Interment will follow in Presbyterian Cemetery.
The family will receive friends from 6:00 to 8:00 p.m. today, August, 14, 2014 at the funeral home and at other times at the home of her daughter.
