Raymond Harold Schneider

Raymond Harold Schneider, Jr., 92, of Lowesville, passed away Monday, September 13, 2021 at Lynchburg General Hospital. He was the husband of the late Jerie Rae Draper Schneider. Born February 11, 1929 in Woodbury, NJ, he was the son of the late Raymond Harold Schneider, Sr. and Mary Kathryn Riess Schneider and was also preceded in death by a sister, Jeanette Schneider Morgan. Mr. Schneider was an owner & operator of J.R. Plastics & Machining Company and was a veteran of the U.S. Marine Corps. He was a member of The Church of Jesus Christ of Latter Days Saints. Mr. Schneider is survived by three sons, Bruce Raymond Schneider and wife Linda of National Park NJ, Eric Lee Schneider and wife Linda of Fishersville Va, and Kirk Kingsley Schneider and wife Karen of Spout Spring Va; 13 grandchildren and 15 great grandchildren. A memorial service will be held at (11am Saturday, Sept 25th) at The Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-Day Saints, 110 Melinda Drive Lynchburg, VA 24502, with Bishop Ownby officiating.
