Samantha Hailey Tyree, 25, of Lynchburg passed away Saturday, September 7, 2019, at her residence. Born August 26, 1994 in Lynchburg, she was the daughter of Anthony Tyree and Laurie Tyree.

Samantha was preceded in death by a grandfather Claude Tyree.

In addition to her parents she is survived by her sister, Sidney Olivia Sprouse and her husband, Peyton of North Carolina; grandparents, Tucker Lewis and his wife, Charlene of Boonsboro, Walter D. Bryant and his wife, Linda of Lynchburg, and Peggy Tyree of Amherst.

A graveside service will be conducted 11:00 a.m., Friday, September 13, 2019, at Amherst Cemetery with Pastor Bill Evans officiating. The family will receive friends from 6-8 p.m. Thursday, September 12, 2019, at Whitten Monelison Chapel.

Samantha was a great girl. She was a very hard worker and always did her share and more. She had an infectious personality and was always smiling. I was shocked to hear that she had passed away. My deepest sympathy for her family and loved ones. R.I.P. Beautiful and fly high among us wearing that beautiful smile.

She will truly be missed she was one of my employees just a couple of months ago She worked For my Company SKY BLU CLEANING SERVICE LLC , she worked at the movie theater the venue she was a kind and very hard worker I loved her engery, RIP Samantha you are truly missed I am so lost for words. RIP.
