Tomie Euwell Campbell

Tomie Euwell Campbell, 87, of Monroe, Va passed on Thursday, May 9, 2024 at his residence. Born in Amherst County on November 17, 1936; He was the son of Joshua Buck and Susie Wright Campbell. Tomie was preceded in death by his daughter, Catherine L. Campbell. Tomie is survived by his children Scottie Davis(Andy) of Forest, Eddie Campbell(Connie) of Amherst and Angela Miller (Larry) of Nathalie. In addition, he is survived by his grandchildren Andrea Davis Caldwell(Jeremy) Justin Ross (Lynette) Cody Campbell (Hannah)and Alicia Campbell-Brown. Great grandchildren Lexie Ross and Trenton Brown. Tomie was a member of the Monroe Church of God. He retired from Griffin Pipe Products Co. after more than 35 years of service. He was a member of the National Jousting Hall of Fame since June of 1991. Tomie enjoyed coon hunting, gardening and taking care of his numerous horses and dogs throughout his life. The family would like to thank his hospice care team of Heather, Susan, Gwen and June for the kindness and care given to him.
