Gene was born on June 16, 1937 in Ohio. He lived his life to the fullest and with great heart.
Preceding him were his parents Ira and Mable Oda.
He is survived by his wife, Lynda Oda. Daughters, Sandra and Terry Cooper, Jacqueline and George Priestley, Jennifer and John Cooper. Sons, Rick Smith and Jeremy Oda. 13 grandchildren and 8 Great-Grandchildren.
Services will be at Stevens and Grass Funeral Home in Malden, WV on Saturday, January 27, 2018. A visitation will start at 11:00 AM to 1:00 PM with the service beginning at 1:00 PM. Burial with full Military Rites will follow at Montgomery Memorial Park, London.
