Lorena Jane Martin, 96, of Charleston, went home to be with the Lord on Sunday, November 30, 2014. She was preceded in death by her husband, Marshall; and her daughter, Shirley “Sis”. Her surviving children are, Jerry (Sue) of Smoot, Donald of Orlando, Florida, Ella (Dewey) of Ravenswood, and David (Darlena) of Charleston; 12 grandchildren; and 15 great-grandchildren. The funeral service will be held 1:00 p.m. Wednesday, December 3, 2014, at Elk Hills Memorial Park Mausoleum Chapel, Big Chimney, with Pastor Randy Ledsome officiating. There will be no visitation. A very special thank you to the nurses and staff at the Marmet Center for taking such wonderful care of our Mother.
