He was preceded in death by his parents, Harold and Edna Kessinger.
Warren was a Mechanic at E.I. DuPont for 27 years before retiring. He was a US Army Veteran having served his time in Germany. He was a member of Cathedral of Prayer Baptist Church. He loved his church and loved leading the choir.
He is survived by his wife of 39 years, Yetta Belcher Kessinger; son, Brent (Anita); daughter, Kendra; grand-daughter, Peyton whom he loved and cherished more than anything. She was his sunshine. Also surviving, sister, Joyce (Ernie) Clay of Verona, VA and brother, Wayne (Lora) of Charleston.
Funeral service will be 12:00 p.m., Thursday, May 30 at Stevens & Grass Funeral Home, Malden with Pastor Kevin Norvell officiating. Entombment will follow the service at Graceland Memorial Park, South Charleston.
A visitation of family and friends will be Wednesday, May 29 from 6:00-8:00 p.m. at the funeral home.
