JoAnn DeSanto, passed away peacefully, with her husband by her side on Friday November 20, 2015. JoAnn leaves behind her loving husband of 49 years, Frank, her three sons; Alfonse DeSanto of NJ, Charles DeSanto of CT, and Frank DeSanto of NJ. The sunshine of her life was her grandson, Ryan, who was the apple of her eye. JoAnn is also survived by her two sisters, who she loved dearly, Angela Smith and her husband Gerard of NY and Charlene Miraglia of NY. JoAnn and Frank moved from Bronx NY some 30 years ago, first to Barnegat and then to Manahawkin. A family visitation will be on Wed Nov 25 from 10-11am at the Thos L Shinn Funeral Home 10 Hilliard Dr., Manahawkin NJ 08050 . and the to St Raymond cemetery in the Bronx where there will be a service at the cemetery for her family and friends.
