Born in Opatow, Poland and a survivor of the Holocaust, she immigrate to the United States in 1952 and resided in Bell Harbor, NY before moving to Marlboro, NJ.
Carol was predeceased by her husband Arthur Kutner in 2011 and her granddaughter Pamela Shilinsky.
She is survived by her daughter Terry Stein and her son-in-law Ira and her son Charlie Kutner and her daughter-in-law Ha and her 4 grandchildren Justin, Andrew David and Jason.
Funeral services will be held Wednesday, July 10, 2024 from 11:00 AM Bloomfield-Cooper Jewish Chapels, 44 Wilson Avenue, Manalapan, NJ 07726, followed by committal services at Beth Israel Cemetery, 1075 Woodbridge Dr, Woodbridge NJ from 12:30 PM.

Shiva will be held at Carol's home, 104 Clubhouse Lane, Marlboro, NJ Wednesday, Thursday, and Monday 1-4pm & 7-10pm, Friday 1-3pm, Sunday 12-6pm & 7:30-10pm Maariv daily at 9:05pm run by Monmouth Torah Links.
