Born in Galicia, Poland, he immigrated to the United States in1956 and then lived in New York City and Brooklyn, New York before moving to Monroe Township.
He was in various businesses with his brother Sam, the two were always together.
He was predeceased by his mother Anna Hasson and father Louis Wittman, brother Sam Wittman and his sister Lucy Sultan.
Surviving are his wife Linda of 57 years, his son David Wittman and his wife Stacie, son Jaret Wittman, daughter Michelle Stone and her husband Lance, and his 5 grandchildren: Riley, Chase, Miranda, Sloane, and Jayda.
A Memorial Service will be held Sunday, October 5, 2025 at 1:00 pm at Bloomfield-Cooper Jewish Chapels, 44 Wilson Avenue, Manalapan, New Jersey 07726.
Shiva will be held at Michelle and Lance’s home, 7 Thomas Drive, Manalapan, New Jersey after 3:30pm - 9:00pm.
