Born and raised in Brooklyn, NY, she lived in Marlboro before moving to Jackson.
She was an Elementary school teacher for the Howell Board of Education.
Surviving is her husband Stephen, her son Jonathan and his wife Allison, her daughter Lori and her husband Mark, her brothers Edward and Kenneth Plisner and her grandchildren Hunter, Sela and Jack.
Funeral services will be held Friday September 6, 2024 at 11:00 am at Bloomfield Cooper Jewish Chapel, 44 Wilson Ave, Manalapan, followed by burial at Floral Park Cemetery, 104 Dean Rhode Hall Rd, South Brunswick, NJ

Shiva will be held at Stephen Caplan’s home 19 Gables Way, Jackson. on Saturday and Sunday from 2-8pm. Minyan service will be held at 7pm on both days
