Frances Tarr, age 97, of Freehold, New Jersey passed away on Monday, November 23, 2020. Frances was born April 17, 1923 in New York, New York.

A graveside service will be held Tuesday, November 24, 2020 at 1:00 PM at Mount Lebanon Cemetery, 189 Gill Lane, Iselin, New Jersey 08830 immediately followed by a burial.
