Howard is the beloved husband of Myra, the loving father of David and Jeffrey, father-in-law of Nancy and Lori, and adored grandfather of Arthur, Sarah, and Jenna.
Howard was a graduate of the Bronx High School of Science and the University of Pennsylvania where he was a member of the Tau Delta Phi fraternity.
After graduating from University of Pennsylvania, Howard was a lifelong resident of Hartsdale, NY before moving to East Windsor, NJ.
A graveside service will be held on Thursday, March 25, 2021 at 2:30pm at Mt. Sinai Cemetery, Marlboro, NJ 07746.
