Jeffrey is survived by his daughter Carri Kurs and her husband Jordan; son Craig Hand and his wife Dana; sister Ellen Rothberg and her husband Ed; grandson Michael Kurs; grandson Jack Hand; granddaughter Taylor Kurs; and grandson Chase Hand.
Mr. Hand was predeceased by his wife Jill Hand in October 2024 and his parents Sidney and Gloria Hand.
A graveside service will be held on Friday, January 23, 2026 at 10:15 AM at New Montefiore Cemetery, 1180 Wellwood Avenue, Farmingdale, New York 11704.
Shiva will be observed, following the burial, at the home of Craig and Dana Hand, 1884 Leslie Lane, Merrick, New York 11566 until 8:00 PM.
Shiva will also be at the home of Carri and Jordan Kurs, 15 Mulberry Drive, Manalapan, New Jersey 07726 on Saturday 12:00 PM - 8:00 PM.
